You built it. Let’s get it out there.

Winkd helps founder-led businesses explain what they’ve made, launch it well and keep the marketing going after launch day.

Strategy, content, video and websites, with someone whose job is getting the work out the door.

The problem

The product has a team. The marketing has you. You’re writing the brief, finding an editor, reviewing the website and wondering whether that campaign ever went live.

We bring the planning, the creative work and the delivery together. You stay in the decisions that matter, and we keep things moving between them.

  • 01

One person to call, from the first chat to the final files.

  • 02

Our founders stay on the work after the pitch.

  • 03

Specialists join when the job needs them.

Fewer loose ends. Less chasing. Actual things to show for the week.

What we do

Start with what needs to happen.

Most briefs arrive as a list of deliverables. We’d rather start with what needs to happen and work back from there.

01

Get ready to launch.

For a new product, a new offer, or a business whose story has got muddled. We work out who it’s for, why they should care and how to bring it to market. Then we make what the launch needs.

  • Positioning
  • Go-to-market planning
  • Brand identity
  • Messaging
  • Websites and landing pages
  • Launch films and content

02

Keep showing up.

For businesses whose content calendar keeps turning into next month’s problem. We turn your expertise, product and point of view into a publishing plan you can keep up with, and we handle the writing, design and production.

  • Content strategy
  • Founder content
  • Social media
  • Video production
  • SEO content
  • Email
Get the content moving

03

Make the next campaign better.

For businesses ready to connect the creative work to what happens after the click. We put campaign ideas, ad creative, landing pages and measurement in one place, then use what we learn to decide what to change, test or stop.

  • Paid campaigns
  • Creative testing
  • Landing-page fixes
  • Performance reporting
  • Specialist media buying

Here’s what that looks like.

hiRobin AI phone assistant

Helping an AI phone assistant explain what made it different.

It started with a positioning decision. Robin answers your calls, so calling it a spam blocker missed the point. From there we worked on the brand system, founder content, social and video, so the product told the same story wherever people came across it.

How we work

A clear plan. People who follow through.

  1. 01

    First, understand the business.

What are you selling? Who needs it? What’s in the way? We agree on the problem before anyone fills a calendar with deliverables.

  2. 02

    Then, choose the work.

We recommend the channels and materials that fit the job. Scope, responsibilities, costs and approvals are agreed before production starts.

  3. 03

Make it. Review it. Ship it.

You get one point of contact and a delivery schedule we’ve both signed off. We coordinate the people, collect feedback and keep track of what’s next.

  4. 04

    Look at what happened.

We check the results against the original goal, explain what the numbers can and can’t tell us, and agree on the next move.

The team

Close to the founders. Built around the work.

Winkd is led by two founders. Between us we cover strategy and creative direction, plus operations, finance and analysis.

We’re involved from the first conversation to delivery, and we bring in designers, editors, developers and marketing specialists when the work needs them.

You know who’s responsible.
We know what’s due.

Who we work best with

A good fit goes both ways.

We work best with founders and small teams who know their product, care about their customers and want an active partner in their marketing.

  • Getting ready to launchand need the story to land the first time.
  • Early tractionand need a steadier marketing effort behind it.
  • Lots of activityand need a clearer direction.

You don’t need a perfect brief. A useful conversation is enough to start.

Questions

The things people usually ask first.

Ask us something else
Can we hire you for just one project?

Yes. A website, a film, a positioning project or a launch can be a standalone job. We agree the scope, and what you get at handover, at the start.

Can you handle our ongoing marketing?

Yes. We can agree a monthly scope that covers the planning, production and campaign work you need. You’ll know what’s included and what needs a separate budget.

Do you only work with technology companies?

No. We focus on founder-led product businesses, and plenty of them aren’t in tech. If you need a clearer story and people to help put it to work, tell us about it.

Do you do paid ads and SEO?

Yes, when they fit the brief. Paid campaigns can cover strategy, creative, landing pages and specialist media buying. SEO can cover search strategy, content and technical fixes. We’ll say exactly who handles what.

Is advertising spend included in your fee?

No. Media spend is budgeted separately. Any outside production or specialist costs are listed in the proposal.

What does an engagement cost?

It depends on the scope, the production involved and how much ongoing help you need. After a first conversation we’ll send a proposal with deliverables, timelines and costs.
